On the afternoon of July 12th, with the breath of midsummer, a simple and grand new staff welcome meeting was held in the lecture theatre of the group building. This is the first welcome meeting since the outbreak of this year, and all the new colleagues have arrived as promised in good spirit.

Since 2004, to the occasion of the 1st June Children's Day, PNC has provided a 500 yuan book allowance for the young children of pure employees. Unconsciously, this tradition has continued for 18 years; we started in 2004 only 4 children in 2004, to this year with nearly 1000 children. 18 years is the journey for a child to grow up, and it has witnessed the growth of our organization. The allowance over 18 years is not much, but parents can buy about 180-200 books for their children. We hope that books can become good partners for children's growth.

From 22nd to 24th October, 2021, the 2021 Beijing Microelectronics International Symposium and IC WORLD Conference was grandly held in Beijing Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center. The theme of the conference "condensed core strength to build the core eternal", covering the whole integrated circuit industry chain enterprises to participate in the exhibition; PNC attended as scheduled.
