Plan a forest and let trees to grow freely

On the afternoon of July 12th, with the breath of midsummer, a simple and grand new staff welcome meeting was held in the lecture theatre of the group building. This is the first welcome meeting since the outbreak of this year, and all the new colleagues have arrived as promised in good spirit.

My story with PNC

The company invited Mr.Zou Wei, who has been the manager of the finance department for ten years, to tell his story with PNC. The new colleagues listened carefully, understood PNC’s development process from the perspective of a mature employee, and had a sense of feeling of the adherence to the development mechanism of "joint construction and sharing together" and "Plan a forest, let the trees grow freely". PNC hope to constantly draw energy in the pure forest, along with the personal development of the company.
