PNC practice: Participated in the "Core SMIC Baby program” for five consecutive years; assisted liver transplantation for children with biliary atresia; supported families of sick children; reduced the number of families with illnesses and prevented their return to poverty. In 2010, PNC made donations to Hope Primary School to help poor children gain better education opportunities, and purchased agricultural products for poverty alleviation.

PNC practice: The equipment and systems we develop and manufacture, one of which is to serve the synthetic biology industry, reduce food shortages and promote sustainable agriculture through innovative synthetic biotechnology. We promote non-waste food behaviour amongst our employees.

PNC practice: Our products - high-end technology equipment as used in electronic chip, sensing, optical fiber, screen products, are applied in medical fields promoting health. Our products - biological reaction, fermentation, dispensing system for antibody and vaccine production services, aimed to improve drugs and vaccine quality whilst reducing costs. We continue to provide welfare and fitness facilities to promote the health of our employees.

PNC practice: In 2010, PNC donated the creation of the First Hope Primary School in Guangxi, specifically attending to the education of children in remote mountainous areas. PNC has made donations to the Hope Primary School library, implemented the Children's Reading plan, and provided annual book purchase funds for all employees for more than 20 years. The founder donated substantial capital to Westlake University to support the basic scientific research of the university.

PNC practice: Continue to increase the proportion of women in the senior management team, give full play to the advantages of female leadership, create a pregnancy-friendly workplace environment for women, provide dialogue activities for female entrepreneurs, and provide consultation and internal cultivation and development activities for female workers.
