What aspect of the company attracts you the most?

I joined PNC during my graduation internship in 2017. After several years of learning, I also follow the continuous progress of the organization. The PNC culture undoubtedly has a profound influence on me. I quoted the company's employment philosophy: " Plan a forest to let trees grow freely." In the industrial forest, PNC is one of the "species", a professional ability, with the change and development of the industry we are growing strongly. In the PNC forest, each individual is an “own species", providing energy for the richness of the forest.

In PNC, what is the most impressive thing for you?

In 2019, PNC welcomed a group of young guests, who are the children from Zizhu kindergarten and their parents. Summer from the PNC union invited me to give children a lesson, sharing with them what our company is doing. PNC products operate in the huge system, providing customers with high level of purity process system, semiconductor equipment, etc., but children certainly do not understand the professional terminologies. I suddenly thought that the original chip is just like our favorite hamburger, by using such a metaphor, children suddenly became interested. Inside their little brain, it seems that they almost understood what PNC is doing for Society by utilizing their technology.

Do you have anything to say to team members or new members?

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Laying a solid foundation bit by bit to open up our life is essential. I believe that we are all having our dreams and I’m thrilled to move forward on our journey.

2023 has started, please use three key words to describe”

Harvest in 2022: [do not confuse, do not give up, do not slack off] on the way forward, do not be confused by different roads, do not give up because of pressure, and do not slack off because of performance.

Expectations in 2023: [clear sky, brilliant achievements, common progress] go forward in the coming year, I wish the company can create further brilliant achievements through collaborative working together.
