In recent years, Minhang District has been increasing efforts to promote the concept of high-quality development for enterprises in the area and promoting the performance excellence management model. PNC’s wafer reclaim project is the first 12-inch wafer reclaim line to serve China's high-end semiconductor market

PNC maintain a tradition of more than 20 years. Every year on Children's Day, staff with children can pick up a smart book pack with 500 yuan inside. Editor once expressed emotionally that, since 2004 when residents moved to Zizhu, they had only two children, but now the numbers have been increased to hundreds and all of a sudden, the youngsters have all grown up. During this summer vacation, the oldest children in PNC and several classmates came to Xincheng County, Laibin City, Guangxi Province. They want to see the differences, and also bring some differences to the children far away.

On April 22,2021, in the 20th anniversary of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association (SICA) and the first general meeting of the sixth session, PNC won the title of "Industry Outstanding Contribution Award" and won the "Top 10 integrated circuit equipment industry sales in Shanghai in 2020".

On January 18, the annual meeting of Zizhu Science Park was successfully held, and the tax list of 2020 was released. Among more than 4,500 enterprises settled in Zizhu Park, PNC ranked 13th, moving forward 9 places compared to 2019.
