In recent years, Minhang District has been increasing efforts to promote the concept of high-quality development for enterprises in the area and promoting the performance excellence management model. The annual Quality Month also creates many opportunities for enterprises in the District to communicate with each other. PNC won the District Mayor's Quality Award in 2020.

On 24th September, Government leaders of Minhang Wujing Town Economic Development Office, Office and Investment Promotion Center and excellent enterprise representatives came to PNC Technology to participate in the Quality Open Day activity. In the product production stage, the company promotes lean production, visual management and 6S site management, not only to improve the operation efficiency, but also to guide the production standardization so as to make the process control the quality of data and information. Quality is the life of PNC, we use the spirit of craftsmanship quality, with a meticulous attitude towards each process. In addition, each batch of our raw materials, equipment tooling, process guidance, operation process will affect the quality of the product.

PNC set up a whole set of standard operation processes as the implementation criterion, empowering the quality management department to supervise the implementation of production quality management standards. For example, Bandweaver, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, carried out QCC promotion activities throughout the year, established perfect promotion and reward programs, and encouraged full participation to participate. During the year, 58 improvement activities were completed, 60 processes were improved, the efficiency was improved by 30%, the qualified rate was increased by 17%, the automatic medium speed patch equipment, 8 temperature zone return furnace, automatic printer and other equipment were mounted, the assembly process has been streamlined, and the main process has been greatly improved.
