On the afternoon of July 12th, with the breath of midsummer, a simple and grand new staff welcome meeting was held in the lecture theatre of the group building. This is the first welcome meeting since the outbreak of this year, and all the new colleagues have arrived as promised in good spirit.

Since 2004, to the occasion of the 1st June Children's Day, PNC has provided a 500 yuan book allowance for the young children of pure employees. Unconsciously, this tradition has continued for 18 years; we started in 2004 only 4 children in 2004, to this year with nearly 1000 children. 18 years is the journey for a child to grow up, and it has witnessed the growth of our organization. The allowance over 18 years is not much, but parents can buy about 180-200 books for their children. We hope that books can become good partners for children's growth.

Time is always a blink of an eye, neither quick nor slow. Five years ago, on January 13th, PNC achieved a significant milestone by listing itself in the main board of the Chinese market, with the purpose of allocating more resources towards our next steps. Five years later, on the same day today, we are celebrating the 5th anniversary of our listing anniversary, which laid the cornerstone for the next five years.
