The Board of Supervisors, as the internal supervisory body of the Company, Its main functions: to review the securities issuance documents and periodic reports prepared by the Board of Directors and submit written review opinions; to supervise and inspect the financial and business situation of the Company; to supervise the performance of directors and senior managers in their corporate duties; to propose the removal of directors and senior managers who violate laws, administrative regulations, the articles of association or resolutions of the shareholders' meeting; when the actions of the directors and senior officers harm to the interests of the company, require the directors and senior management personnel to make corrections; propose an extraordinary general meeting, to convene and preside over the general meeting of shareholders when the board of directors fails to perform the duties of convening and presiding over the shareholders' general meeting as stipulated in the Company Law; submit proposals to the shareholders' meeting, etc.

Ting Zhang-Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1983, Chinese nationality, bachelor's degree, not a ‘foreign green card holder’. Zhang joined the company in July 2012 and served successively as the training director, copywriting supervisor and secretary of the Youth League branch. Zhang is now the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the employee relations manager of the company.

Defang Shao-Supervisor

Born in 1981, Chinese nationality, bachelor's degree, not a ‘foreign green card holder’. Since August 2003, Shao has served as assistant to the general manager of Instrong (Shanghai) Experimental Equipment Trading Co., LTD., assistant to the general manager, administrative manager and personnel manager of Coca-Cola Beverage (Shanghai) Co., LTD., under ITW Group. Shao joined the company in January 2022 and is now the supervisor and general manager of the company

Shanqing Jiang-Staff Supervisor

Born in 1981, Chinese nationality, high school education, not a ‘foreign green card holdder’. Since September 2011, Jiang has been the general affairs manager of the administration Department of the Company. Since April 2021, Jiang has been serving as the employee supervisor of the company.
