Self-definition of the"meaning of being"

From our birth in 2000, going through the period of major crisis in 2003 to the survival period in 2005 and entering into the growth period, we have established the significance of our organization’s existence. A practitioner of value creation, a practitioner of sustainable development, and a long-term resilience supporter.

Value creation, sustainable development and resilience are the cornerstones of all our decisions. Along the way, either the current individual or organization is the result of the decision of the past decades. The persistence of these three key words is not easy to be achieved in the present chaotic world. However, looking back, those are really the most fundamental assets displayed.

Among those three key words, value creation is the origin of force, whilst long-term resilience is the future focus and sustainable development is the essential point. We value sustainable development from natural, economic and social perspectives, as well as from technological attributes.

Environment

At PNC, we design and manufacture equipment on the production line for users of new energy and energy saving products such as solar cells, LED extension and chips, OLED screens and IGBT products. We produce numerous energy-saving and environmental-friendly products. We design equipment to minimise the use of chemicals for users by 80% in to reduce emissions. We continue to invest in the use of solar new energy and energy saving products in our buildings. We advocate our employees to participate in the utilization of the circular economy. We care deeply about sustainability and take action to contribute to nurturing environmental protection.

Society

In PNC, we pay attention to staff training and development, employee rights and health, privacy data protection, and our products and services’ reliability. We value social equality, education and protecting vulnerable groups. We respect social leadership and guardianship, and shoulder our responsibilities confidently. We care about our community and we take action to make our society sustainable.

Administration

In PNC, as a listed enterprise, we pay attention to corporate governance structure, prudent accounting policies, executive compensation system, fulfillment of information disclosure obligations, risk management, and superior business code conduct. We care deeply and take action to practice sustainable development in all forms.
